Icon Communication Dynamics, New York, NY and Stuttgart Germany, announces that it has partnered with Content Critical Solutions, of Moonachie, NJ, to offer its Customer Communication Management solution as a Hosted Managed Service
Content Critical Solutions (CCS), Inc. a provider of technology solutions, process outsourcing, and production services is now a licensed partner with icon Communication Dynamics (ICD), to provide their customers with a full suite of software to support Customer Communication Management as a managed service. Icon is a leading supplier of CCM software in the EU, and is now aggressively engaging the US marketplace, including working with CCS, a leading managed service and output provider.
ICD’s solution, DOPiX-CCM, supports CCM implementations across multiple vertical industry segments, including Financial Services, Insurance, and Utilities. CCS features their capabilities in these same industry verticals, which provided the rationale for the partnership. ICD offers the capability for enterprises to create exceptional customer experiences with mission-critical communications across all output channels. CCS already supports the delivery of multi-channel communications and will now offer DOPiX-CCM as a hosted managed service to existing and new clients, reducing costs for those clients while providing industry leading functionality.
Because of ICD’s ability to provide their CCM solution across multiple platforms, including IBM mainframes, CCS will be able to support their client’s requirements regardless of the implementation desired.
