Fred is Chief Operating Officer of Content Critical Solutions and was a key architect of the Company at its inception. As COO, he is responsible for strategic development and shaping the Company’s culture, vision and values.
Fred is a Certified Public Accountant and worked as a turnaround consultant for Marotta Gund Budd & Dzera in New York City before forming CCS. His previous experience included roles in both M&A consulting and auditing for Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst &Young.
Fred graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS in Accounting.
Chief Technology Officer
John is one of the founding members of Content Critical Solutions. At CCS he oversees all aspects of the technology infrastructure and programming development. John’s focus is on developing and implementing automated processing platforms, which include secure processing, proofing and approval protocols which enable clients to access user-friendly production controls and custom reporting at their desktops. Prior to Content Critical Solutions, John was part of Global Document Solutions and instrumental in building innovative document imaging and distribution workflows for major customers. Serving in multiple roles of the company, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Development, he gained broad experience in production, processing and systems integration. A graduate of SUNY Maritime College, John holds a BS degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Chief Revenue Office
Over the past 30 years, Mr. Johnston has been involved in managing business development activities at industry leading companies such as: DST Output, LLC; ADP (now Broadridge Financial); RR Donnelley and Fidelity Investments. A recognized leader in the Print and Mail industry, Dana more recently has focused his consulting expertise on assisting companies in developing business strategies that take advantage of the “digital transformation” occurring today, through the effective and efficient use of digital technologies.
As Content Critical Solution’s Chief Revenue Officer, he is responsible for all business development and account management duties, including the go-to-market strategy associated with its branded CCM Hosted Managed Services solution, SmartTouch™.
Mr. Johnston received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY and continued his studies in Entrepreneurial Management at Babson College
VP of Financial Data Integration
Yelena is the main developer of CCS’ proprietary ERP system (OPALS) that integrates all production workflow data management within the Company (sales, production, financial and operational reporting).
She also oversees daily operations of the Finance Department, which handles all client billing and reporting matters. In addition she is responsible for special projects involving cross-department coordination and intercompany issues.
Yelena has a BA degree from the State University of Tashkent, Uzbekistan and pursued additional studies in Computer and Information Science at Hunter College (NY).
VP, Pricing & Engineering
A graduate of the print management department at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Michael has over 35 years’ experience in all facets of graphic arts production. Prior to joining CCS, Stadler held senior management positions in leading print production companies with responsibilities for estimating, procurement and job engineering.
At CCS, Michael is responsible for all aspects of engineering job profiles to meet client specifications as well as cost analysis and job level pricing.
Vice President, Business Development
Sean’s background is characterized by demonstrated success in driving sales growth and enhancing client relations in the technology and graphics industries. He has a proven track record of over 30 years in business development in complex, consultative selling environments. With a strong combination of interpersonal, management, technical and relationship skills, Sean heads up the Client Services team at CCS and also manages key strategic relationships.
He attained his Bachelor of Arts degree at Rutgers University.
VP of Operations
Mario is responsible for all aspects of CCS’ production and distribution services.
His background includes over twenty years of professional experience encompassing every facet of prepress and print production, manufacturing, project management, strategic planning and workflow development. Mario has a passion for training and staff development, helping the organization adhere to rigorous standards for peak performance.
Dan has over 20 years’ experience as a project manager in implementing multiple projects within a fast paced environment and developing strong client relationships while supporting corporate business objectives.
At CCS, Dan interfaces between the client services and programming and development to ensure client expectations are satisfied.
