HIPAA Compliance
The HIPAA Privacy Rule provides strict federal protections for individual patient health information held by covered entities and their business associates and gives patients an array of rights with respect to that information. The Privacy Rule is balanced to permit controlled, limited disclosure of health information needed for patient care and other important purposes.
The Rule mandates administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for covered entities and their business associates to assure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic protected health information.
In its secure, certified environment, Content Critical Solutions combines best practices with leading-edge production technologies to ensure the quality, accuracy and integrity of all documents produced from sensitive patient data. The result is HIPAA-compliant print-mail output solutions
GDPR Compliance
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a rigorous international standard for the management and use of personal data. It sets forth stringent conditions for the proper use of such data. Content Critical’s entire technology environment has been reviewed by a third party audit firm which has certified that CCS has in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to implement data protection principles.
