Yelena Chapkis
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Yelena leads overall strategic planning, execution and
optimization of company operations at CCS. In collaboration with executive leadership,
she is chartered with responsibility to develop and implement
organizational improvement strategies, enhance efficiencies, reduce
operational costs, and improve overall performance.
For over twenty years, Yelena has held key management and executive
positions in programming, development and financial analysis in the
printing and information management industry. Her extensive background
in product development, data management and financial analysis gives her
a broad perspective on cross-company issues, including client relations,
contract compliance and performance monitoring.
Cheryl Kananowicz
Executive Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer
Cheryl takes on the role of Executive Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer focused on leading the strategic direction and market strategy for CCS. She will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts across all industries that CCS currently serves, as well as expanding into new markets.
She brings more than 25 years of customer communications management experience in leading client engagements for digital and print/mail communications and has established herself as a client focused leader and commitment to providing world class service to her clients.
Cheryl has a BA degree from Central CT State University and pursued her Executive Leadership Certificate from Washington University, as well as other executive development programs, including Yale University School of Management.
Michael Stadler
Vice President, Pricing & Engineering
A graduate of the print management department at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Michael has over 35 years’ experience in all facets of graphic arts production. Prior to joining CCS, Stadler held senior management positions in leading print production companies with responsibilities for estimating, procurement and job engineering.
At CCS, Michael is responsible for all aspects of engineering job profiles to meet client specifications as well as cost analysis and job level pricing.
Douglas Sikora
Chief Technology Officer
For over 30 years, Douglas has been a leader in the app development and technology space. His experience ranges from financial software, billing software, and bio-life sciences. Most notably, Douglas spent 16 years working in the transactional communications digital, print and mail industry, servicing the telecommunications and cable industries.
Douglas is focused on excellence in IT, operating transparently and creating confidence in IT delivery, while building strong teams and delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Daniel O'Connell
Vice President, Client Services
Dan has over 20 years’ experience as a project manager in implementing multiple projects within a fast paced environment and developing strong client relationships while supporting corporate business objectives.
At CCS, Dan interfaces between the client services and programming and development to ensure client expectations are satisfied.
Marc Gottlieb
Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Marc oversees the company’s day-to-day operations across all CCS facilities, focusing on efficiency, process alignment, and supporting growth. Since joining CCS, he has brought over 25 years of experience in operations and QMS management within the print and finishing industry. Marc leads all print, finishing, and mail operations and is committed to streamlining manufacturing functions to enhance the experience for both customers and employees. His Lean Six Sigma credentials and prior success in leading ISO certification reflect his dedication to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Jeff McEnaney
Director of Continuous Improvement
As Director of Continuous Improvement, Jeff leads enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and performance across CCS. With extensive experience in operations leadership and employee training for nationally recognized printing and packaging companies, he specializes in optimizing processes through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Jeff plays a key role in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and driving cross-functional collaboration, reducing operational waste, and standardizing best practices. His efforts support long-term innovation and sustained excellence across the organization. Jeff is a graduate of Villanova University.
