The worldwide chaos precipitated by the COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally altered our perspective on a broad range of issues. Many things (and people) we once perhaps took for granted, or simply tacitly acknowledged, gained new value as we endured “social distancing”. As we slowly return to some level of normalcy, it is good to reflect on those matters, taking stock of what we learned, and expressing gratitude.
In our case, it is highly important that we first acknowledge the majority of our employees who, due to the nature of their functions, could not work remotely, who had to often sacrifice time with their families and the relative safety of their homes during those tense times – – to show up under stressful conditions to produce and deliver on behalf of our clients.
