The CCS Workzone process combines data and variable content with document templates according to pre-determined business rules to create sophisticated and compelling customer communications. Critical business communications are optimized for the appropriate delivery channel(s) based on preferences selected by the recipient. CCS Workzone also creates an archive copy of all communications to be stored in a records management library.

Post-composition (post-processing) is performed in the CCS Workzone environment providing for additional optimization in print manufacturing, including application of barcode, and cost-effective postal processing.
