This arrangement aggressively expands CCS’ abilities to support its clients’ evolving needs for a more comprehensive business communication strategy and perfectly complements its existing platform of production services and technology solutions.
ICD’s flagship offering, DOPiX-CCM, supports implementations across multiple vertical industry segments and offers the capability for enterprises to create exceptional customer experiences with mission-critical communications across all output channels.
CCS already supports the delivery of multi-channel communications. It will now offer DOPiX-CCM as a hosted managed service to existing and new clients, reducing costs for those clients while providing industry-leading functionality. Because of ICD’s ability to provide their CCM solution across multiple platforms, including IBM mainframes, CCS will be able to support their client’s requirements regardless of the complexity of implementation.
